We are the NGO «Innovative Social Solutions» — a team that makes social services client-oriented and innovative.
We work to prevent and address gender-based violence, including domestic violence, and provide support to people who have suffered sexual violence during the war. We help restore mental health to everyone who needs it. We create services to strengthen women's economic empowerment.
We have been working since 2020 and are currently implementing more than 18 projects, both in certain regions and all over Ukraine.
We look for modern solutions to any problem and boldly implement them.

AREAS OF OPERATION
We provide emergency psychosocial support and counselling to survivors of violence in 11 regions of Ukraine, with some of our services covering the entire country.
We develop women's entrepreneurship and create services to empower women who have suffered from domestic and gender-based violence, as well as women affected by war. Our experts provide career and business counselling and project management training.
We build and strengthen the capacity of local communities to change social norms to prevent domestic and gender-based violence. In partnership with government agencies, activists, and NGOs, we provide grants, trainings, and hackathons.
We promote a culture of zero tolerance for violence. We conduct trainings in communities aimed at combating and preventing domestic and gender-based violence.
We support people who have suffered from sexual violence during the war by providing psychological, social and legal support. We conduct lectures and trainings for professionals working on the topic of CRSV on how to properly communicate with survivors. We have created a guide for communications specialists, which explains the intricacies of writing texts on CRSV.
We are implementing the first psychological crisis support program for men in Ukraine. We created a phone line of psychological support for men.

ISS Activity Regions
The projects of the NGO «Innovative Social Solutions» are implemented under an implementation agreement with UNFPA, the United Nations Population Fund in Ukraine, with the financial support of the embassies of the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Canada, Norway, Sweden, and the United Nations Humanitarian Fund. We also implement projects in cooperation with the Danish Refugee Council and the Ukrainian Women's Fund.
